Roasted Bold

What the heck it BOLD?  You can have a BOLD haircut, personality or idea!  With coffee we have Bold Sumatra coming at you with its round full body cocoa creamy (sometimes smoky) finish.  Or the on the other side of the flavour wheel a Bold precise Ethiopian with a hint of acidity and berry goodness.  How about a BOLD Espresso? What is that about? It too is BOLD! Some coffees are great as espresso; like Brazil, Honduras or Sumatra but can take time messing around to get them just right.  Our Espresso is blended to make it easier to get the most out of the coffee. 

Now I have added Dark and Dirty to the BOLD roster... Similar to Champagne, and in trditionsional monk fashion I was distracted by an excellent audiobook and took a batch too deep:(  I was rescued by my friend Jill ( from Buzz Honey) who loves her coffee...
