Mila Lara - Geisha - Medium Roast
This is Milas first batch of Geisha. Planted high in the mountains of Santa Barbara this is a one of a kind coffee. I have a total of 100lbs of this coffee for all of Ottawa.
Cupping: Geisha-I look for a delicate, clean cup hints of Jasmine, orange, fruity, juicy body with a hint of acidity.
Roast- Because it's so delicate I roast it lighter to medium, I want the fruity characteristics to pop. At the same time if I burnt a single batch I am pretty sure I would have some form of PTSD. So lets not go there:)
