Honduras Finca Lara

We purchase this one right from the farm. This wet-process coffee is picked several times, and exported two times a year.  The farm is owned by my friend Ramon Lara and his family.

I buy Ramons coffee because it is consistent, smooth, with floral notes, hints of chocolate and clean after taste. This coffee also makes up 1/3 of our top secret espresso blend.
